The View in Koh Samui; The Perfect Place for a Destination Wedding

These two crazy kids made a lifelong commitment to each other on what could aptly be described as one of the world’s most gorgeous islands—Thailand! Which didn’t surprise us, as we too completely adore this country!

So, when Brittney and Kevin asked us to be their wedding photographers at The View in Koh Samui, we were super excited.

One thing we loved about this couple, was the way in which they made love look so delectably sweet and effortless. They’re both such amazing humans, and their little love story is totally swoon-worthy.

They met in Las Vegas, Nevada, and their adoration whisked them away to all sorts of cool locations. One of which, was the Seychelles — a trip that changed their lives.

It was here that Kevin surprised Brittney with a wedding proposal whilst staring out at the ocean. He meticulously placed photos of the couple on a piece of string with clothespins before popping the question, and needless to say, Brittney said yes!

They chose The View in Koh Samui for their big day as to create not only a gorgeous wedding celebration but also a mini vacation for themselves and their friends. With over 40 guests flying in from all over the United States, it was a five-day event enjoyed by all.

And what really stood out for the couple was standing at the altar and saying their vows, describing it as “an outer body experience”.
