A Dream-Worthy Baba Nest Wedding Celebration

The love story of Valen and Alex began in Toronto. And being the largest city in Canada, the Gods of fate really were hard at work. With around three million people roaming the streets day in and day out, these two found each other. Perfectly imperfect, beautifully paired, and full of love made for sharing.

This exceedingly happy couple got engaged whilst on a snowboarding trip in the gorgeous town of Niseko in Japan. A surprise proposal lead to their big day at Baba Nest in Sri Panwa, Thailand. Talk about an international couple!

Why a Thailand ceremony? These two were left speechless by the elegant and nature-inspired scenery at Baba Nest – which is not surprising, as it too took our breath away! They also agreed that the Thai hospitality played a big part in their chosen wedding location.

So, they put two and two together, and voila! Valen and Alex were married in 2019 on January, 12. And what a special day it was.

Stam and I loved seeing these two together, smiles in abundance and love so strong, it filled all the spaces. And despite so many delightful moments shared, the happy couple agreed that their favorite was when they walked down the aisle as husband and wife.

Their 110 guests, some more local while others traveled from as far as Australia, UK, and Europe, sat in adoration. A true inspiration for all involved. Together with their 10 allocated bridesmaids and groomsmen, Valen and Alex took the next step in their relationship with elegance and style at Baba Nest.
