Thailand Wedding Venues in Phuket
Sri Panwa Phuket Hotel
You know when you’re browsing Instagram and you see those super famous celebs or social media influencers lounging at a luxurious hotel that makes you feel like your life is totally average? Opt for a Sri Panwa Phuket Hotel wedding and you’ll feel like a million bucks.
It sits around 60 meters above sea level, atop Cape Panwa, and simply posting a photo of the incredible views alone will turn you from zero to hero. Their villas are insane, some with 300-degree views of the surrounding ocean, and the entire hotel encompasses a nature-meets-modernity vibe.
For your dream wedding ceremony, they have a rooftop called Baba Nest which offers 360-degree views of the Andaman Sea and Phuket island, for cocktail hour or a welcome drink upon arrival, Baba Sunset Lounge is the go-to spot, and when it comes to the reception dinner, you can count on them for an array of local and international cuisines.
What’s also cool about Sir Panwa is that they have an in-house night club, Baba 88, that can hold 80 guests. So basically, from beginning to end, you’re all sorted when it comes to your big day.
Trisara
As far as Thailand wedding venues go, Trisara is a true inspiration. It’s a private pool villa in the northwest of Phuket, sitting pretty on tropical hills. Their main selling point is relaxation, reflection, and wellbeing, and want their guests to experience true grandeur, no matter how long or short their visit. Which is one of many reasons why we love this hotel.
A wedding at Trisara is pretty darn fantastic too. They have a 1,000-square-meter deck, called the Garden in the Third Heaven, that sits beside the shore and is surrounded by palm trees and other greenery. They have a capacity of 60 guests for a wedding ceremony, and a gorgeous flower arch that overlooks the sea, making it even easier to fall deeper in love.
COMO Point Yamu
Want to experience the life of kings and queens? Then COMO Point Yamu is the place for you. You’ll find it on Cape Yamu on Phuket’s east coast, and its to-die-for view of Phang Nga Bay is one of the best we’ve seen. The hotel itself is chic with panoramic rooms, suites, and private villas, and is designed with warm aqua and burnt orange colors to reflect the sea and the sun.
For your wedding, they offer an outdoor space called The Lawn that shows off the Andaman Sea, fresh flowers, and a super fun location for your reception party.
Besides all of the above, COMO Point Yamu is one of the most convenient Thailand wedding venues when it comes to a destination wedding, as it’s located a mere 25-minute drive from the airport.
Thailand Wedding Venues in Koh Samui
Conrad Koh Samui
The Conrad Koh Samui, in our opinion, basically puts all of the other Thailand wedding venues to shame. If you’re looking for a tropical paradise location to say your “I do’s”, this spot is sheer luxury. It’s won several awards – a TripAdvisor Certificate of Excellence in 2017 and Asia’s Leading Honeymoon Resort in 2015.
The hotel is 25 acres, and is nestled among coconut plantations. Their wedding space is a stunning contrast of the forest and the white beaches of Koh Samui, and can hold up to 200 guests. They have a transparent stage overlooking the ocean for those who don’t feel like the bare foot beach vibe, as well as an indoor location if you fancy.
Intercontinental Samui Baan Taling Ngam Resort
This award-winning 22-acre beachfront hotel is basically the best of the best, and we love every single wedding we’ve photographed here. It’s impossible to be anything but inspired with love and lust at the Intercontinental Samui Baan Taling Ngam Resort. They have beachside and cliffside villas with private pools, making each and every sunset unmissable, and event spaces that’ll take your breath away.
Make your aisle soft white sand or luscious green grass with ocean views, say your “I do’s” on their glass island infinity pool, have your ceremony on their private pier, or enjoy their Azure Lounge that has views of Five Islands. They also cater for indoor ceremonies and reception parties.
Want to go even bigger? You could even rent the entire resort for you and 200 of your nearest and dearest. How’s that for luxury living?
Thailand Wedding Venues in Krabi
Rayavadee
If you’ve seen tons of Thailand wedding venues and unsure of which one to choose, the Rayavadee has the ability to steal the show! It’s in the Phranang Peninsula, and is the perfect spot for nature lovers, as the hotel places importance on sustainability and conservation.
The Rayavadee l is actually well-known for its natural beauty, fauna and flora, and marine and bird life. To add to their charm, the location is surrounded with coconut groves, beaches, and jungle-covered cliffs.
And when it comes to weddings, they are so well prepared that it makes everything so much easier in terms of planning.
Their five different spaces include:
- The Grotto: an outdoor limestone cave with views of the beach for an intimate affair of up to 30 guests.
- The Umbrella Tree Court: An outdoor deck for reception dinners of up to 30 guests.
- The Nammao Lawn: An open lawn for your wedding ceremony, and can hold up to 50 guests.
- The Krua Phranang: A lower deck space for cocktail hour, holding up to 25 guests.
Poolside: Tables hugging the hotel’s pool, and a space for a reception dinner for up to 50 guests.
Thailand Wedding Venues in Chiang Mai
Four Seasons Resort
If a beach wedding is not really your thing, Chiang Mai is equally as beautiful compared to the coastal locations in Thailand. Picture saying your “I do’s” against a backdrop of mountains and lush greenery. Does life getting any sweeter than this? No, it really doesn’t.
Here, we recommend the Four Seasons Resort, a five-star accommodation and wedding space in the heart of rice fields with private pavilions and bountiful nature views.
We love the Four Seasons in Chiang Mai for its natural beauty and authenticity. They love to shower their wedding couples and guests with the real Thai experience in their luxurious space, such as arranging blessings by village elders and playing traditional Thai Lanna music. What a magical moment!
These seven Thailand wedding venues are each gorgeous and unique in their own way and believe us – it’s hard to pick just one. But hopefully we’ve made your choice a bit easer!
