Eva and Foti: A Fun and Energetic Cretan Wedding

Eva and Foti held their fun-filled wedding on the beautiful island of Crete, Greece, a fitting destination given the duo’s Greek-American heritage. The bride and groom planned their simple but energetic wedding themselves.
The wedding ceremony, which drew guests from the US, UK, Belgium, Greece, and Cyprus, was held at Agios Ioannis, a church in the town of Agia Marina. Eva looked stunning in a Pronovias bridal gown, with hair was styled by Christo, and makeup done by Maria Riskakis. Her bridesmaids wore Lanvin, and the groom and his party wore J. Crew.

Ash and Brent’s Cosy Wedding – Phuket, Thailand

Ashley (Ash) and Brent, a fun-loving couple from Doncaster, England, held their cosy wedding at the Banyan Tree in Phuket, Thailand. The couple met at a service station on the way to Newquay, and, ever since, had hoped to get married in Thailand – both had fond memories of the country and its idyllic landscape. Their dream was realised by wedding planners Chanchunrat Witoon, Peter Webber, and Sarinya Prateenpnatalang, who ensured that the intimate wedding (with just 31 guests) was perfect, down to the smallest of details. Flowers and catering were provided by the Banyan Tree, musical entertainment was provided by DJ Tank, and the bridal gown was by Krit Siriphan. Their engagement ring and wedding jewelry were antique pieces.

A-Yee and Adam’s Vibrant London Wedding

We loved photographing Adam and A-Yee’s vibrant London wedding, an exquisite event that they had planned themselves. Their wedding represented a fusion of their cultures (A-Yee is Chinese and Adam is Vietnamese) and was a truly fantastic affair to be a part of.
We joined them early on in the day at their family homes, where we were able to experience traditional Chinese games in which the groom must prove his love for his bride before being allowed to see her. While the man took part in these games, the bridal party prepared for the wedding, doing their own hair and makeup. A-Yee wore a custom-made, traditional kwa (a jacket and long skirt made of red and gold embroidered silk). She later changed into a white backless gown by Maggie Sottero, and then a custom-made, crimson-lace mermaid gown. The bridesmaids all wore the Helena dress by Virgos Lounge.
The bride and groom had rented a white Rolls-Royce and a Hummer to transport them to a restaurant in Wandsworth called China Boulevard on the River. The venue had been decked out with lovely floral arrangements from Fleur Boutique Florist, and decorations suitable for their red and gold colour theme.
